We are recruiting: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Cherokee County, South Carolina. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Your main tasks: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Six days a week, one day off.
