Cnc lathe operator — Saguache County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Saguache County, Colorado. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Day to day you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; load and index turning tools in the turret; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
