Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Hickman County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Hickman County, Tennessee. The role involves level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
