Structural MIG welder wanted in Wasatch County

Now hiring: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Wasatch County, Utah. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes You will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator.
