Join our team: we are hiring a decorator in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. You will be based in a factory paint shop. Day to day you will sand and fill walls before applying primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
