Immediate opening: rigger (Arizona)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigger in Pinal County, Arizona. You will be based at a power plant. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals On a typical shift you will secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
