Fabricator-welder wanted in Sapele

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Sapele, Delta State. You will be based at an automobile body shop. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On the job you will handle: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Full-time, day shift.
