Join our team: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Jefferson County, Idaho. You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On the job you will handle: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel 2+ years on the tools preferred.
