Kitchen steward — Kodiak Island Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Full-time with occasional weekends.
