Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Ekiti West, Ekiti State. The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Rotating shifts.
