Now hiring: civil works labourer (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Roberts County, South Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel You should have: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
