Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Atakunmosa West, Osun State. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer ₦80,000 per month plus benefits.
