Toolroom milling operator • Fentress County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Fentress County, Tennessee. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
