Immediate opening: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Fulton County, New York. You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel The role involves: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
