Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Wapello County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
