Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Knox County, Nebraska. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Your main tasks: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
