Ceiling and wall plasterer • Isles of Scilly, England

Immediate opening: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Isles of Scilly, England. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. The role involves apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
