Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Saint Clair County, Michigan. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage The role involves run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
