Quality assurance assistant — Lubbock County

Join our team: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Lubbock County, Texas. The role involves: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges You should have: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
