Urgent requirement: we are hiring a house painter in Van Buren County, Michigan. You will work at a busy decorating firm. What we are looking for: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec On a typical shift you will cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns.
