The role involves: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
