Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Dickson County, Tennessee. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
