Baker wanted in Issaquena County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Issaquena County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
