Building site helper — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a building site helper in Jackson County, South Dakota. The job is on a high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio The role involves break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
