Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
