Site safety steward — Elmore County

Now hiring: we are hiring a site safety steward in Elmore County, Alabama. The role involves: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
