Join our team: we are hiring a presser in Forest County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a textile finishing unit. The role involves clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; give each garment a final press before packing. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Part-time with flexible hours.
