Vacancy available: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Butler County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy AC installation company. The role involves check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow. Ideal candidate: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Presentable and polite with customers on site At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
