Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble mason in Lincoln County, Kansas. Requirements: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching On a typical shift you will grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
