Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Porter County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
