Immediate opening: gas commissioning technician (Idaho)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Valley County, Idaho. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion You will install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points.
