Powder coating operator • Blaenau Gwent, Wales

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Blaenau Gwent, Wales. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Pay around £2,650 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
