Bench joiner wanted in Laurens County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bench joiner in Laurens County, South Carolina. Day to day you will check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. Requirements: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
