Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
