Body shop technician — Carver County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a body shop technician in Carver County, Minnesota. The job is at a commercial fleet workshop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines On the job you will handle: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair 5+ years on the tools preferred.
