Fast-fit technician • Newport, Wales

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Newport, Wales. You will be based in a tyre and puncture shop. The role involves torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
