Vacancy available: bar bender and fixer (Katsina State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Dan Musa, Katsina State. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Day to day you will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
