Urgent requirement: we are hiring a house painter in Perry County, Mississippi. You will be based at a property maintenance company. On the job you will handle: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Full-time with occasional weekends.
