Concrete labourer wanted in Knox County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Knox County, Tennessee. The job is on a building construction site. Your main tasks: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Rotating shifts.
