Join our team: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Giles County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Day-to-day duties: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame Full-time with occasional weekends.
