Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Imo State. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦700 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
