Bar bender and fixer wanted in Piscataquis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Piscataquis County, Maine. The job is at a high-rise construction project. The role involves install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
