Earthmoving plant operator • Butler County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Butler County, Kentucky. The job is at a landfill site. The role involves: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
