Roofing technician • Lake County, California

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing technician in Lake County, California. You will be based on residential new-build sites. The role involves set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; insulate and ventilate the roof void; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
