Kitchen porter — Fresno County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Fresno County, California. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
