General labourer — Ketchikan Gateway Borough

Vacancy available: we are hiring a general labourer in Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska. On the job you will handle: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction What we are looking for: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
