Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation installer in Moniteau County, Missouri. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. You will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 3+ years on the tools preferred.
