Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Warren County, Indiana. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On a typical shift you will brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters.
