Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Clark County, Kentucky. The job is in a job-work machining unit. Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Write and edit G-code programs at the control What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
