Now hiring: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Emmons County, North Dakota. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. On a typical shift you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; record output and downtime on the production sheet; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
